Refund Policy

Number1 aims to keep transactions transparent. Due to the nature of currency exchange and blockchain/banking processing, refunds are limited as described below.

Non-Refundable Transactions

Once a transaction is completed and funds are sent to the provided wallet or account, refunds are generally not possible.

When Refunds May Be Issued

• Duplicate payments made by mistake.
• Technical errors on Number1's side that caused incorrect processing.
• Transactions cancelled before processing starts.

User-Error Cases

Number1 is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, wrong currency selection, or incorrect amounts entered by the user. These cases are typically non-refundable.

Refund Process & Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days depending on the payment method and provider.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support with transaction details (transaction ID, payment proof, destination wallet) to start a refund request: refunds@number1.com
